Your plot is allocated to you immediately after complete payment is made. You'll be taken to the site for physical identification of your plot.

Begin Building

You can start construction on your land after physical allocation, provided you have obtained approval from the company. Fencing and gate-house construction will be ongoing across the estate.

Title Transfer
